I am delighted to announce the selection of Dennis Jacobsen as our Club’s Rotarian of the Month for May.
Since joining our Club over 16 years ago, Dennis has eagerly participated in a broad spectrum of programs and activities across our district and has attended numerous RI conferences to experience Rotary’s global outreach.
In addition to serving as Past Club President and Past Assistant District Governor, Dennis has toiled relentlessly over the years in support of the international student exchange program, both at the club and district levels.
Again, this year, Dennis has fulfilled his longstanding commitment to young people by providing strong leadership as Chair, Youth Services Committee, despite these constraining COVID times.

Thanks to his initiative, our meetings on the second Tues. of each month are consistently upbeat, featuring career updates by inbound exchange students of years gone by via Zoom as well as invigorating Student of the Month presentations.

Dennis believes strongly in The Research Foundation, faithfully supporting its “Doing good in the world” motto by belonging to both the Paul Harris Society and the Bequest Society.

Any club would be honored to have Dennis Jacobsen as a highly respected and dedicated elder stateman.
